Every Japanese fishmonger has a fishmonger’s sushi corner. We have a wide range of experience including high-class department stores, local supermarkets, and fishmongers in shopping districts, so we have a deep understanding of the food culture of that country, and the know-how necessary for selling sushi, rare techniques and knowledge I will teach you.
We will hold a seminar on the expertise and skills that have been handling fresh fish for more than 30 years, including how to judge and preserve fresh fish related to sushi.
